    Whenever I feel overwhelmed with something I look at my goals and prioritize my #1 and #2 tasks. I don't move on to the next tasks unless I have those 2 done. Once you have your goals you can work backwards to figure out the necessary steps you need to take.

    Remember why you started in the first place. Keeping your goals in mind and remembering the excitement you had in the beginning, takes you from overwhelmed to focused.Each day decide what's the most important task you need to finish that day to move towards your goals.Yes, I know you have a lot more on your to do list. But step away from the execution mindset into a strategic one.Now look at the tasks on your list and decide which one should you tackle today to get closer to your goals. Go do that first.After you're done, look at your list again and consider another task that it's tied to your goals and do that. And so on.At the end of the day you'll feel the satisfaction of progress.
