Dr. Siwatu’s presentation explores the concept of busyness versus productivity and offers practical strategies to reclaim control over time and achieve meaningful results. Using the concept of time dividends, Dr. Siwatu will underscore the importance of mindful time management and the potential benefits that can arise from making conscious choices about how employees spend their time at work.
