I seasoned the salmon with salt and pepper and then used Panko bread crumbs with a melted butter, garlic, parsley sauce, and topped it off with Parmesan cheese. It was baked in a convection bake setting @ 350 degrees for 17 minutes. It was delicious!

Very yummy!! I added salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder to the salmon before cooking and also added about 1/4 cup of Italian bread crumbs to the parm mixture. I think next time the only thing i would change is adding some acidity. Gonna squeeze some lemon over it before cooking.

I took one of the suggestions and added Italian bread crumbs to the parm mixture, and it made the topping nice and crispy. Also seasoned the salmon with salt and pepper and sprayed olive oil before covering with parchment. It was delicious. Warning though, if you have any where close to the size of fish it calls for it's going to take way more than the initial 10 minutes. I went ahead and added the topping after 10 and feared it would be burnt by the time the fish was actually cooked.

I also added 1/2 cup of Panko bread crumbs like other reviewers and found this brought some crunchyness to it! My family found the salmon a little dry so don't leave it in the oven passed 15 mins. I waited until the internal temp was 140F so next time I will take it out right at 135F.

Absolutely delicious!! My whole family loved it. I did make a few modifications which was seasoning the salmon with salt, pepper and olive oil before the first 10 min bake to give it some extra flavor. I also added Italian bread crumbs to the Parmesan mixture and used a bit less parsley than called for. It came out amazing and I will definitely be making again.

I make baked salmon almost every week. I spray it with olive oil and coat it with lemon pepper spice. Sometimes I serve it with a small fennel fern on top. Healthy and delicious!
